A seasoned human resources specialist, she has also served as a consultant, trainer and policy developer for companies in employment related areas including sexual harassment, managing workplace diversity, employee relations, and labor relations.

Linda is also a professional mediator. She has completed EEO investigations as a contract investigator and written final agency decision letters for several federal agencies. She is an adjunct faculty member of organizations that provide training for federal agencies throughout the country. She has served as an adjunct college professor for Park University where she taught Business Law and Legal Problems in Health Care Administration. Linda worked more than eighteen years in human resources departments with three different federal agencies.

Linda holds a BS degree in Psychology from Virginia State University and a JD from St. Mary's University School of Law.
