A seasoned human resources specialist, she has also served as a consultant, trainer and policy developer for companies in employment related areas including sexual harassment, managing workplace diversity, employee relations, and labor relations.

Linda is also a professional mediator. She has completed EEO investigations as a contract investigator for several federal agencies. She is an adjunct faculty member of organizations that provide training for federal agencies throughout the country. She has served as an adjunct college professor for Park University where she taught Business Law and Legal Problems in Health Care Administration.

Linda has twenty years of experience in human resources working directly for four different federal agencies.

Linda holds a BS degree in Psychology from Virginia State University and a JD from St. Mary's University School of Law.
